We offer free delivery within Australia on all online orders over $120. For all orders under $120, we charge a flat rate of $12.50 Standard Shipping and $18 Express Shipping.
Standard Australian delivery to major cities is typically four to six business days from when your order status is complete. For rural areas please allow an extra two business days. For Express Shipping please allow one to three business days.
Please note, due to Corona Virus volume has increased in the courier networks, and our delivery partners have implemented additional process to keep their staff safe – this may result in additional time for your order to reach you.
Most orders are dispatched next working day. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, or first available business day.
Orders made within two days of a public holiday or during busy sale periods may take up to an additional five days to be delivered.
We deliver via a tracked courier service – once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner (Only applies to Australia Post).
By ordering via rainbirdworkwear.com.au you grant Rainbird and our couriers the Authority To Leave (ATL) orders at the address provided, whether attended or not. You also release Rainbird from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery.
Once you place an order online with us we will send you a confirmation order email with your order details. When your order has been picked up for processing, we will send you a second email. Australia Post will send a third email once the order has been dispatched.
Because we deliver via a tracked courier service – once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with a link to track the status of your order along with the expected delivery date.
To view the status of a domestic order visit Australia Post and enter the tracking number. For all international orders please contact sales@texhouse.com.au with your order number.
Occasionally, there may be delays, especially during busy periods such as sales, public holidays or custom delays.
