The Carroll fits properly through the shoulders, body and hem because it was built for women from the pattern up. Three-layer construction with warm fleece inner handles cold, wet conditions across a full shift. Zip-off sleeves convert the jacket to a vest when conditions change or the work heats up - two garments in one, without the bulk of carrying a spare layer.
